Risk Assessment: CRITICAL — Arthur knows the hierarchy, the rituals, the oath phrase, and the true nature of Saleen. His testimony proves escape is possible.
Current Objective: Locate Arthur's current position. Cut off all communication channels. Force confrontation.
Endgame Options:
